-I just want to say you and your team did a wonderful job, beyond my expectation. The other shops were not good like that they made me feel bad because I just walked in to their shop without making an appointment. That was not the way to do business, even that was their guidelines but it still make me to turn around and walk away from them.

I appreciate all the work you did for me like taking into action right away on the first day I came, giving me some good advices from rental car, trying to find genuine parts instead of from the wrecking shops from Insurance suggestion, and finishing the work early, not like the other shop told me 3-4 weeks!
